Traineeship at pswp: Exam Simulation as a Key Component
The Oral Exam in the Second State Examination: A Crucial Part of the Exam with Significant Impact on the Overall Result. Unfortunately, the legal education system lacks sufficient opportunities to practice this specific examination performance. Therefore, we are particularly pleased to regularly conduct oral exam simulations in cooperation with NEON (for Civil Law) and Danckert Bärlein & Partner (for Criminal Law), where we handle Public Law.
The four trainee lawyers examined yesterday are about to take their oral exams and successfully mastered all three examination subjects with flying colors. We wish them the best of luck!
