pswp appoints Nele Lucht as Principal Associate
Since October 2021, Nele Lucht has been strengthening our team in the Berlin office. Her focus is on the areas of infrastructure and automotive, where she supports both public clients and private companies with strategic foresight and legal precision.
In the infrastructure sector, Nele advises, among others, a major commercial airport in a landmark legal case in which the Federal Administrative Court or even the European Court of Justice is expected to have the final say. The eyes of the entire industry are on this case. In this context, Nele Lucht is in close exchange not only with the clients but also with relevant associations.
In the water sector, she supports, among others, an East German water utility in its strategic realignment as well as in a key legal case that is of relevance to the entire water industry.
Nele is also a key figure in our team in the automotive sector. As the central point of contact, she works with us to advise one of the world’s largest automobile manufacturers on the major transformation challenges that will sustainably reshape the automotive industry.
In addition to her client work, Nele Lucht is passionately committed to the firm and our young legal talent. Among other things, she leads our exam simulations as part of our trainee program and passes on her experience directly to our trainees.
Her appointment as Principal Associate is a reflection of our high appreciation for her work and her personality.
Congratulations, dear Nele!
